We had a conference call with a birth mom named Rhonda on Tuesday. The call went really well, and we are matched! She is from Kentucky, and having a boy in the end of August. We are hoping to go out and see her next weekend. It happened so fast, but yet "fast" is relative in all of this.
To say we are excited to have another addition to our family is an understatment. We have wanted another child in our home for so long, and I am sure it will feel like forever until he gets here. Luckily it is summer time and we can keep busy with swim lessons, going to Lagoon, and some day trips to Sea World and San Fran.
We will post more as we continue this journey. We are so grateful to be at this point! August will not come soon enough.

How exciting for you and your family, Karen!! Time does fly and August will be here before you know it! My younger sister, Hillary, is due in August w/ her 3rd (a second girl for her). Let me know if you'll be coming up North anytime...I would love to get together with you!
